The Board of Directors of CelcomDigi wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (26th AGM) on the following proposals:-

 

(i) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate; and

(ii) Proposed Adoption.

(collectively known as "Proposals")

 

The Circular and Notice of the 26th AGM setting out details of the Proposals will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
