Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 22 June 2022, 29 June 2022, 7 July 2022, 19 July 2022, 11 August 2022, 7 September 2022, 9 September 2022, 12 September 2022, 14 September 2022, 15 September 2022, 16 September 2022, 25 November 2022, 10 January 2023, 20 January 2023, and 26 January 2023 on the above matter.

Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 March 2023 via its solicitors, Messrs. Shook Lin & Bok, attended the case management for the substantive Hearing of Empire’s Judicial Review Application at Enclosure 13 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court via e-review.

The Kuala Lumpur High Court maintained the substantive Hearing of Empire’s Judicial Review Application at Enclosure 13 on 17 July 2023. A case management has also been fixed on 9 May 2023.

The Company will make further announcement on the above matter as and when there is a material development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions and/or orders by the Court.
