The Company refers to its announcements dated 21 February 2023, 27 February 2023, 28 February 2023, 15 March 2023, 17 March 2023 and 5 April 2023 respectively and the Kuala Lumpur Originating Summons No: WA-24NCC-103-02/2023 for which a decision was given by the court on 17 April 2023.

The Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Court had on 17 April 2023, given its decision and exercised its power to strike out the Plaintiff’s Originating Summons pursuant to O.18 r.19(1)(b) of the Rules of Court 2012 on the ground that it is scandalous, frivolous or vexatious and O.18 r.19(1)(d) of the Rules of Court 2012 on the ground that it is an abuse of the process of the Court, with RM20,000.00 costs awarded to the Company and RM4,000.00 costs awarded to Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd which is the share registrar of the Company. In light of the decision, the Company would like to emphasise that at present no Notice of EGM has been validly issued by Honsin and HIQ.
