We refer to the announcements dated 29 March 2022, 14 April 2022, 27 April 2022, 29 April 2022, 18 May 2022, 1 June 2022, 8 June 2022, 29 June 2022, 15 July 2022, 27 July 2022, 23 August 2022 and 7 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
