Kuala Lumpur, 11 May 2023: Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd (“SRM”), the manager of Sentral REIT (“SENTRAL”), a listed real estate investment trust, wishes to announce that SENTRAL achieved a realized net income of RM17.7 million for the first quarter of 2023 (“1Q 2023”). This is a decrease of approximately 13.2% from the realised net income of RM20.4 million recorded for the first quarter of 2022 (“1Q 2022”). The lower realised income for the quarter was mainly due to lower realised revenue and occupancy as well as higher finance cost and utility expenses.
