(i) 2,457,400 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme; and

(ii) 70,200 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each arising from the Exercise of Warrants

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 12 December 2006.
