Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (Sime Darby Plantation) hereby announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held by Sime Darby Property Berhad (SD Property) today, 24 May 2023, the shareholders of SD Property had passed the ordinary resolution in relation to the Proposed Disposal.

 

With the approval of the shareholders of SD Property at the EGM held today, the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 1 December 2022 between Sime Darby Plantation and SDPBT is now deemed unconditional.
