On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on to-date (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the first tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.0935 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 9.92% to the 5-day VWAP of UCrest Shares up to and including 29 May 2023 of RM0.1038, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date.
