We refer to the announcements made on 18 April 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). For the consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in these announcements are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise define herein.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.33 (1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), DPS must, among others, submit the draft circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Draft Circular”) to Bursa Securities, not later than two (2) months from the date of the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of DPS, Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 2 June 2023 applied to Bursa Securities for an extension of time up to 17 July 2023 to submit the Draft Circular.

The outcome of the extension of time application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
