We refer to the announcements made on 21 November 2022, 22 November 2022, 18 January 2023, 7 February 2023 and 3 March 2023 in relation to the Rights Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 June 2023 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of up to 17 January 2024 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Rights Issue.
