Reference is made to the announcement on the Termination of the Lease Agreement dated 26 November 2014 with YESB dated 8 May 2023.

Axis REIT Managers Berhad, wishes to announce that the Manager, has on behalf of RHB Trustees Berhad, the Trustee of Axis-REIT, completed the inspection and taken back the vacant possession of Axis Steel Centre @ SiLC, from YESB today.

The Manager will market Axis Steel Centre @ SiLC to prospective tenant(s) and undertake the necessary actions to recover the outstanding rental payments from YESB including rentals for the unexpired period of the Lease Agreement.
