| Contents | We wish to inform that it has come to our attention that as at 31 December 2007, 34.68% of the total issued and paid-up capital of the company is held by 978 public shareholders, indicating a shortfall of 22 shareholders from the minimum number of 1,000 public shareholders, holding not less than 100 shares each.
Accordingly, we do not comply with the shareholding spread requirement as stipulated under Paragraph 8.15 (1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
We also wish to inform that the Company had written to Bursa Securities to request for an extension of time to rectify the shortfall in the public shareholding spread of NATBIO.
