Remarks :
The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of Natbio is proposing to change the Company's name from "Natural Bio Resources Berhad" to "Power Root Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Company's Name").

The Companies Commision of Malaysia ("CCM") had on 17 May 2010 approved the request for availability of the proposed name "Power Root Berhad". The Proposed Change of Company's Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of Natbio at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date to be announced later.

The Proposed Change of Company's Name, if approved by the shareholders, will be effective from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Change of Company's Name issued by CCM.

A circular to shareholders which sets out the details of the Proposed Change of Company's Name will be issued in due course.

This announcement is dated 15 June 2010.
