| Contents | The Board of Directors of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BKCB”) is pleased to announce that Bintai Kindenko Pte. Ltd., a 69.82% owned subsidiary of BKCB, has on 28 January 2011 accepted a letter of award from Samsung – Tiong Seng JV for the design, construction, completion and maintenance of the ACMV, electrical and fire protection works (“Sub-Contract Works”) to the main building works to the Proposed Part 6-Storey Part 20-Storey Mixed Development consisting of Hospital, Hotel and Medical Clinics on lots 2557k Ts 18 at Race Course Road, Singapore, for a total contract value of SGD35,910,000.00, which is approximately RM85,824,900. The Sub-Contract Works are due for completion by 4 January 2013.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BKCB or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the above contract. |
