On behalf of the Board of Directors of Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BKCB” or "Company"), AFFIN Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 April 2011, entered into a heads of agreement with Lereno Bio-Chem Ltd for the sale of 5,935,000 ordinary shares in Bintai Kindenko Pte Ltd (“Bintai Kindenko”) or 69.82% equity interest representing BKCB’s entire equity interest in Bintai Kindenko.  Please refer to the attachment for the details of the Proposal.
